Ashley Jones

Ashley Aubra Jones, born on September 3, 1976, in the United States is an actor. Her most well-known roles include performances in soaps like Megan Dennison on The Young and the Restless and Bridget Forrester on The Bold and the Beautiful. In the HBO Drama True Blood, she played the role of Daphne. Ashley Jones received a Bachelor of Human Learning for K-8 at the University of Tennessee at Martin in 1997. She began her professional career as teacher within Maury County where she taught students in Kindergarten and First Grade Reading. In 1998 she married Brent Jones, her UT Martin sweetheart Brent Jones and then moved in Thompsons Station. Her first teaching job was in Bethesda Elementary, where she taught the 4th grade. Between 1999 and 2000, she was a teacher while obtaining her Masters of Education at Trevecca Nazarene University. She took a break from the classroom in 2000 when the couple welcomed their son Baylor. Ashley has spent the last fifteen years focused on the development of the children of her congregation and in the community, while also serving in many roles. Ashley is a long-time leader and leader of Thompson Station Church's Preschool Ministry and Student Ministry of Thompson Station Church. When Ashley was at home with her children they spent three years homeschooling. Through their years of home schooling children attended a home school tutorial during which Ashley as well taught History up to the 1st grade. She loved homeschooling and being with her children God evidently showed her family the need to return full-time school. Brent as well as Ashley have five children. Silas and Eliza as well as Cruz all attend GCA. Baylor who is who is a GCA graduated, is a student at UT Martin, where he plays baseball there. Callan an GCA graduate also studies at Western Kentucky University. It is a busy family with a love of hunts, fishing, and sports with their children.
