Anna Silk was born in January 1974. The most famous role she has played is Bo in the Showcase's Lost Girl television series. Silk was born in Fredericton, New Brunswick in Canada. Ilkay and Peter Silk were both academics. Ilkay was also a writer, producer, and director. Silk is the Director of Drama for St. Thomas University. Her father is British and her mother a Turkish-Cypriot-English expat. Some of Anna's earliest memories were of going to the play school and watching her mother perform. Seth Cooperman became her husband in 2007 after they met during an Actorsworkshop held in Los Angeles. In December 2009 they married in a civil wedding ceremony. They were married in Fredericton on the 10th of April in 2011they renewed their vows following her decision to convert to Judaism. Silk Cooperman was blessed with her son, Samuel Jerome Cooperman, in May 2013. The second son of hers, Levi Aaron was born on May 13 2016. Silk is known for her tv role as Cassidy Holland, in Being Erica. In 2009, she was awarded a nomination by for the Gemini Awards. Silk was cast in the role of Bo Dennis the succubus on the Canadian show Lost Girl in 2009. Silk was pregnant while filming the finale of the third season. Silk announced her pregnancy to the viewers in the Showcase Season Three pre-show special of January 6, 2013. Silk tweeted on June 20, 2013 that she's ready to go back to her work. The 4th of June 2013, Showcase and Prodigy Pictures officially announced the beginning of the production of the fourth season.
